Funk Doc! Finally, after many years and many shows attended, we got a chance to sit down and talk to the legendary Redman in front of our camera. The interview happened around 1AM backstage after his fire, 2-hour show at a packed venue in Warsaw, Poland. Right before we sat down, Redman had spent almost an hour signing CD's & taking pics with everybody who made their way to the small - but packed - room backstage. He didn't let the security kick anyone out, saying that whoever is in the room, will get a pic & an autograph. Once everyone left, we had 15 minutes until closing of the club, so Funk Doctor Spock - despite being hungry and tired - said "Alright let's do it now!" and we started filming.

The author of "Muddy Waters" and 1/2 of the famous duo with Method Man told us about a variety of topics, including the biggest challenge with releasing the long-awaited "Muddy Waters Too" last year, the fan-favorite collab with Erick Sermon on "Don't U Miss", funny story surrounding his classic collaboration with De La Soul on Grammy-nominated hit single "Oooh", and memories of Dave aka Trugoy The Dove aka Plug Two. Red also revealed the story behind his cartoon character & the epic, wild Mascot from the 2000's, as well as spoke about creating the hilarious viral hit "Slap Da Shit Outcha" and "the most Redmanest song he has ever Redmanned". Lastly, he announced an upcoming "Muddy Waters Too Deluxe Edition"! Sit back, grab some popcorn & enjoy!
